Generational Differences in the Workplace

Currently there are four generations in the workforce and although these employees are guided by company standards, they are also influenced by the characteristics that make up their generations. Each generation has been influenced by different events in history along with having developed different mindsets and communication styles. The tension created by these generational differences can have a negative impact on your business.
